Mission & Vision

Men’s ministry is thriving in the Pentecostal Church of God! From coast to coast, men are being saved, equipped, inspired, and ignited by the power of God! We aim to develop men in five key areas: biblical manhood, husbands, fathers, providers, and spiritual leaders. We are receiving numerous testimonies of growth in these areas as we impact eternity by proclaiming the truth of God’s Word through preaching, teaching, camps, conferences, and leadership seminars.
When we began in November 2018, we started with nothing— no money, registered groups, or resources and very little interest. One leader even mentioned that he didn’t know the PCG still had a men’s ministry! Today, we can affirm that drastic changes have occurred!
• We immediately began by rebranding as M3 Men’s Ministry.
Our motto is “Mentoring Men for the Mission.” We have also launched our ministry website at pcgmen.org, we cast the M3 Initiative (our strategic plan for making disciples) and the M3 Manifesto (our detailed vision for the men’s ministry), and we started traveling across the country, witnessing a revival in the hearts of our men.
• As a result of God’s blessing, our ministry is no longer financially struggling! As of the end of February 2025, we have $15,315.67 in our account! That is even after contributing $15,000 over the past three years to sponsor attendees at our National Man Camp!We have transformed from a lack of interest in the ministry to generating global interest, which is reflected in our coast-to-coast attendees at Man Camp, in the 1,000 people following our Global Men’s Ministry Facebook page, and in our 529 registered members !Once again, men’s ministry is alive and well in the Pentecostal Church of God! To God be the glory! Now, we have only scratched the surface of what I envision for the Men’s Ministry of the PCG! Together, we will accomplish our goals and see men around the globe ignited by the power of God! Pray that we finish strong and continue to experience a great decade of harvest! Empowered Women’s Ministries Women’s ministries continues to grow together and thrive in this Decade of Harvest. Consider these important project updates:
Each year, women’s ministries has produced a devotional guide, making some of them available even in Spanish. Having sold about 10,000 copies to date, the devotionals have proven to be an important resource for ladies around the country and even the world.
In this annual fundraiser, Women’s Ministries has raised roughly $85,000 for Messenger College. These funds have supported improvements to the dormitories and laundry facilities, offered scholarships, and supplied the opening of a food pantry for the students among other things.
Each year, women’s ministries helps donate coats, gloves, and scarves to Impact Appalachia and supports other missions efforts like Ahikam Orphanage in Guatemala and Rescue Her.

As we work towards accomplishing the decadal goals of the Pentecostal Church of God, our focus has been on the specific goal of raising up 1,000 new next-gen leaders. Here are a few of the specific ways we have been progressing:
Since its inception, over 265 students have gone through the Forerunner program. This is a BIG DEAL. During this online 12-week discipleship program, young learners receive dynamic and practical coaching from experienced church leaders while exploring
By expanding to include civilian chaplains, the PCG Chaplains Commission has added 50+ to its number. Their call in a safe environment of their peers. Upon completing the Forerunner Experience, learners qualify for ministry credentials with the Pentecostal Church of God.
This initiative remains at the forefront of every program and event Impact offers.
This regional event continues to serve as an on-ramp for our next-gen leaders. For the last decade, these conferences have served as a place not only of inspiration for our movement but also of transformation. Today, we have District Youth Directors who not only attended these events as teenagers but were significantly impacted by them. In 2025, we expanded and had our first-ever Global Encounter in Brazil! I love these events for many reasons, but perhaps my favorite reason is that they bring together multiple generations of leaders. A fifty-something district leader worships beside a 15-year old student, and together they gather at the altar seeking an Encounter from the Lord. Would you make plans to attend one of our Regional Encounters in January of 2026, and would you plan to bring a young next-gen leader with you? Remember: This is NOT a youth event, but a multi generational LEADERSHIP event sponsored by Impact. Get complete details at www.encounterconference.com.
It is our privilege to continue to partner with Messenger College in their mission to develop world-changing leaders for the 21st century! At every event Impact puts on, we make a conscious and concerted effort to promote MC. This Impact-MC partnership is vital to accomplishing our decadal goals.
In 2022, we partnered with KUEST Student Leadership to provide new and exciting opportunities for leadership development among the children in our movement. If you have NOT heard about KUEST or would like more information, please visit our website at www.impactym.com. If we’re going to raise 1,000 new next-gen leaders in our movement, why not start with the children first?
There is no doubt about it: “Jesus Christ is STILL calling out the Youth of the land…” I am convinced that together, we can continue to create a strong, healthy organization in which we not only aggressively reach the next gen but also disciple and empower them to fulfill God’s call on their life. Together, WE get to be the leaders who shape what OUR movement looks like in the future!

By 2020, because of the leadership of Chaplain Boyles and subsequently, CH CAPT (ret) George Linzey, the PCG Chaplains Commission included 75+ Active-Duty, National Guard/Reserve military, and VA chaplains. But now, as we have progressed through this Decade of Harvest, we celebrate over 130 chaplains and chaplaincy candidates. Our PCG Chaplains hail from India, Kenya, Nigeria, Jamaica, Haiti, Guyana, South Korea, Columbia, Cameroon, Canada, and the United States. We celebrate a diverse Chaplain Corps consisting of 31% female chaplains and 69 % male chaplains. 65% of our PCG chaplains are multicultural, adding strength and multiplicity to our PCG family.
During this Decade of Harvest, our Chaplains Commission has built bridges through partnerships with PCG Global Missions. Together, we have forged relationships and strategically supported nations and ministries in Puerto Rico, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In particular, over the last two years, five PCG military chaplains have deployed to the Middle East with a concentrated transitional presence in Kuwait. Today, we celebrate with our PCG
Global Missions partners concerning the establishment of a new field of service! There in Kuwait, we now have a permanent civilian Community Service Chaplain, two deployed military chaplains, and a newly established home church and missionary family.
We recently visited Puerto Rico and were delighted to meet and worship with our sister organization, the PCG(IM) of Puerto Rico. We look forward to continued cooperation and bridge-building with our colleagues in Puerto Rico.
Africa has been an especially fruitful bridge-building continent. Not only do we have endorsed U.S. military chaplains who hail from Kenya, Nigeria, Guyana, and Cameroon, but our chaplains routinely return to their native nations to hold crusades, prayer summits, clean water projects, and health summits. The Gospel is being shared on every continent through our PCG chaplains.
On our U.S. soil, we continue to build strong bridges with our Districts and Bishops. Your PCG chaplains have served as guest speakers for district and local church events throughout the country, and many districts have sent us several of their finest ministers to be endorsed as Prison Chaplains, Military Chaplains, Law Enforcement Chaplains, Hospital/Hospice Chaplains, and Community Service Chaplains. Together, bridges are being built and barriers are being busted.

Over the last five years, we have implemented the Exceed Church Coaching Experience, which was gifted to the PCG by Bishop Ming. We have also developed a team of coaches to move us toward our missional goal of coaching 20% of the churches in the PCG over a 5-year period.
During this 5-year stretch, I am humbled to report we have coached 185 churches across 19 districts in the PCG in the 5 systems of healthy churches: Leadership, Spiritual Life, Outreach, Congregational Care, and Personal Growth. The testimonies have been encouraging as our pastors found tremendous value in the process, building life-giving relationships along the way with other leaders in their groups. Our coaches sacrificed their time through weekly Zoom calls and, in some cases, site visits to the churches to help equip the leaders with tools for greater success. I am in awe of what the Exceed Experience has accomplished.
In addition to the 9-month Exceed Experience, we have expanded our coaching efforts over the past two years to include free webinars and paid cohorts which are targeted to specific areas relating to church life, soul care, and leadership development. In my mind, the future of church coaching will need to further expand in these areas to be successful. Finally, beginning in 2021, we have developed 21 online courses for the Minister’s Study Series, through which we educate future exhorters and licensed and ordained ministers. To date, we have seen 744 learners registered and 1743 courses enrolled. These numbers are mind boggling and grounds for rejoicing. This has resulted in a substantial revenue stream for the organization. I am honored to have played a role in the development of this vital resource and wish to thank Spencer Ming for his tireless work ethic to ensure the technical side continues to operate smoothly.
To date, 744 learners have engaged in 1743 online courses, producing more than $34,000 in new revenue for MPH (not including textbooks).
