We believe God has one movement on earth—the Church of Jesus Christ.

The mission can't be completed by a single church or nation. It requires a unified, Spirit-empowered Church advancing together.

ONE CHANCE

We believe God will give every person at least one chance before His return.

For many, their first opportunity to hear the Gospel may also be their last. Salvation and their eternal destination hang in the balance.

Ministry Intensives:
Functional training for ministry

The Ministry Intensives are joining forces with the regional Encounter Conferences to provide a laser-focused time of resourcing leaders of all ages. Two tracks of training are be offered—one for pastors / church leaders and one for church planters.

Church Leadership Track

New or existing ministers seeking increased effectiveness

Summary:

Designed for both new and existing church leaders, this track will walk you through specific steps intended to help you launch healthy ministries and increase your effectiveness in leadership.

The expert coaches who will come alongside and support you include Pastors Joe Skiles Jr., Jon Jennings, Brad Carignan, and Bob Barker (west region); Pastors Brad Carignan and Jon Jennings (central region); and Pastors Russell Hylton, David Ferranti, and Josh Pennington (east region).

This track is designed for those seeking to plant new churches, expand existing churches, or explore multi-cultural ministry. Regardless of whether you've started the process or whether you're still exploring concept, we've developed a track of training to help you strategize for your next steps.

Your expert coaches include Pastors Mike Hamilton and Willie Ulibarri in the western region and Pastors Mike Hamilton and John Skiles in the central region and eastern regions.

Through One Chance, the PCG unites missions organizations and ministries in powerful, collaborative ventures—bringing the gospel to every people group and ensuring every person has at least one chance to respond to Jesus. Only together can we complete God’s assignment.
