The Pentecostal Church of God currently has six ministry departments and four specialized ministries.
The six departments are Home Missions, Indian Missions, World Missions, Discipleship Ministries (formerly Christian Education), Women's Ministries and Youth/Children's Ministries. The four specialized ministries are King's Men Fellowship (Men's Ministries), Military Chaplains (The Pentecostal Church of God Chaplain's Commission), the Pentecostal Church of God Extension Fund (PCGEF) and Senior Christian Fellowship.
